Seton Academy Academics
At Seton, our Pre-K and elementary school provides students with the strong foundation in math, science, reading and writing that they need to be successful throughout their education. With small class sizes, teachers also have the time and flexibility to create lessons and focus on projects that spark the excitement of discovery and expression of creativity that sets a child on a path of lifetime learning.
One student favorite is the Alphabet
Pot Luck dinner, where Kindergarteners and their families each bring
a dish that begins with an assigned letter. You never know what you
will eat! The event is also an opportunity for children to share
family traditions, including dishes like xianrou (bacon in Chinese)
and Kanafeh (a Middle Eastern pastry).
Our full-day Pre-K and Kindergarten
programs include weekly art, music, physical education and computer
literacy classes, as well as field trips. And our youngest learners
also participate in all school-wide events. Whether a community
service project or school musical, working with “the big kids”
creates strong bonds, valuable role models and an important sense of
At Seton, children join a caring community, led by educators and staff who are committed to helping every child reach his or her full potential.
